Before you order

Measure your tank
Make sure the amount will fit. If it can't all be delivered, the supplier may charge for the full delivery or a 50 Euro restocking fee.
Pay the same business day
When we add the charge to your Starnik account, pay it that day. Prices can change daily, so an unpaid charge is reversed and placed again the next business day at that day's price.
Be home, or leave access
You should be present for the delivery. If you can't be, make sure the fill point is reachable and pets are secured.

Customer service adds a charge for the purchase amount to your Starnik account and notifies you.
You log in to Starnik and pay the charge the same business day.
We submit your order for scheduling.
Our delivery attendant schedules the delivery and submits the proposed schedule to the contractor for approval (allow up to 48 hours).
Once approved, you will receive an automated email notifying you of the delivery date.
Most deliveries happen 3 to 5 business days later.
Our delivery attendant confirms the amount delivered and provides a delivery receipt.
